What 3 words ref: ///former.hairpin.tribe\n\n\nAnyone is welcome and all of the equipment is provided.\n\nA little bit about the Wellbeing Beach Cleans:\n\nHaving a purpose\, spending time outside and working alongside others are all proven to improve mental health and wellbeing.\n\nWorking in partnership with the Healthcare Group and Guernsey Mind\, these monthly events offer a simple but powerful way to look after both mental wellbeing and the environment.\n\nEach session brings people together to enjoy fresh air\, gentle movement and connection\, while also helping to protect Guernsey’s beautiful coastline.\n\nGuernsey Mind’s Mental Health First Aiders will be on hand at every event\, ready if anyone does need to chat – but there’s no pressure to talk. Whether you come along for the fresh air\, the company\, or to do something positive for the island\, everyone is welcome to join in.\n\nPhotos will be taken during the event. If you would prefer not to be in any photos\, please let the organisers know on the day.
